1. Q: May I have your catalogue and price list ?
A: Please contact us to get the latest catalogue.The price is based on your order quantity, material, size, design etc.
Meanwhile,please send your detailed requests to us and we will quote you the most competitive price.
2. Q: Can I get the sample ?
A: Yes, the free sample is available with freight collect or prepaid.
3. Q: What is your MOQ ?
A: Small Orders are acceptable since we have items in stock, except you require customized color and thickness.
4. Q: How about your payment term ?
A: 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment, also can accept the Western Union and irrevocable L/C at sight.
5. Q: Do you test all your goods before delivery ?
A: Yes, we will carry out 100% test for the goods before delivery.
6. Q: How long will it take for making samples as well as mass production ?
A: For samples, it will take around 15 days upon receiving the payment and confirmation of sample details. The lead time for the
mass production is around 30 days.
7. Q: Can you do customized packing ?
A: Yes, we can do special packing according to customer request, such as individual packing for the single sheet, with plastic film covering, etc.
