Closed welding head is specially designed orbital TIG welding head without wire feeding for kinds of pipe fitting. The sealed cavity is filled with protective gas before welding to ensure the quality of welds. This is one high efficiency and high quality welding head with water cooling for welding head & collect and special made collects according to customers' requirements which could ensure accurate positioning with no spot welding.
Application: To be suitable to weld sundry connectors in analytic instruments, semiconductor, LED, photovoltaic, Pharmaceuticals, process instrument, food, beverage, ultra-pure industry pipeline industries.
Tube to Tube welding head special application
To weld sundry health class elbow, triple bypass, concentric reducer, connector, butterfly valve and check valve.
To weld sundry connectors of ultra-pure pipeline, bulk gas pipeline, high purity water pipeline.
To weld sundry connectors of instrument valves, process valves, pack-less valve, distilled water valve and reverse osmosis machine.
