PRODUCT INFORMATION
Sodium acetate is colorless and tasteless crystals, and can be weathered and flammable in air. It is soluble in water and ether, slightly soluble in ethanol.
Sodium acetate as a seasoning buffer, can ease the bad smell and prevent discoloration, mold has a certain role. Sour agents can also be used as a seasoning sauce, pickled cabbage, mayonnaise, fish cake, sausage, bread, sticky puddings, meat preservatives. Mixed with methyl cellulose, phosphate, used for preservation of sausage, bread, etc. to improve the adhesive.
