The video of the No.4+ SB+HL sanding production line.
It process the plate by the hydraulic un-coiler to entry the plate into the main machine.
For stainless steel polishing machine, the sanding pattern base on the customer choice, if need the stainless steel to SB polishing machine, the part of the machine will be processed plate only with the sanding pattern of SB.
It could process the machine more than 60 m/ min, the produciton of the one line over 1500 ton/ month.
SB polishing machine could be processed the plate with the abrasive belt or the abrasive roller.
During the sanding pattern, it also need the water and oil.

The basic plate selection should preferably be of No.4 satin surface stainless steel sheet and should be subjected to polish with abrasive wheels or pads.
