PC steel bar has the features of high strength tenacity, low relaxation and good weldability, can meet JIS G3137 and GB/T 5223.3-2017 manufacturing standards of steel bar for prestressed concrete, widely used for concrete pipe pile, viaduct pier, railway sleeper, etc.

Technical features
1) The production line is composed of preheating power supply, heating power supply, quenching power supply and tempering power supply. Designed with unique active thermal insulation section, the heating equipment is reasonable designed, suitable for high speed steel bar production.
2) The production line adopts PLC + frequency variable AC drive control, can realize tension control, automatic shearing and automatic take-up.
3) Through optimized design, the induction coil can be replaced quickly, with high heating efficiency of the line and low power consumption per ton of products.
4) The induction heating power supply has the function of temperature closed-loop control, accurate temperature control and stable product process quality.
5) Using aluminum sealed cabinet to realize electromagnetic shielding and suitable for the bad environment.
6) New high speed production line (φ10.7mm: 100m/min, capacity: 4.2t/h) can completely replace the traditional production line (φ10.7mm: 80m/min, capacity: 3.4t/h) to release the capacity of the production line.
