Test Principle
This kit is based on the principle of fluorescent PCR technology, designed specific primers and Taqman probes for Dengue fever virus and chikungunya fever virus , and detect them with a fluorescent PCR instrument to achieve detection of Dengue fever virus and chikungunya fever virus nucleic acids.
In addition, the PCR detection system contains internal control primers and probes to monitor the sample collection and the extraction process by detecting whether the internal standard is normal, to avoid false negtive results.
Storage Conditions and Expiring Date
•The kit should be stored at -20 5°C. The expiring data is tentatively set at 12 months.
•The production date and the expiration date can be seen in the outer packaging.
•This kit should not be frozen and thawed more than 5 times. Please use the reagent within 1 month after opening.
