HDPE PPR pipe production line
The production line adopts special high-efficiency extruder for HDPE and PPR pipes. The screw adopts the structure of barrier mixing head. The barrel adopts a new type of tank machine barrel, which has good plasticizing and mixing effect, large and stable extrusion volume. HDPE and PPR large-diameter thick-walled pipes are designed with a spiral die head, which has the characteristics of low melt temperature, good mixing performance, low cavity pressure, and stable production. The specially designed multi-stage control vacuum sizing box ensures the stable size and roundness of HDPE and PPR pipes. The extruder and traction machine adopt imported famous brand speed governor and control, with good stability, high precision and high reliability. The entire production line and running time are controlled by PLC program, with a good man-machine interface, and all parameters can be set by touch screen and display. The special production line marking extruder produces color marking tubes that meet the requirements of the national standard.
