Packing :

For the machine it is always nude packing.

For the components of the machine, we will use plywood box to pack.

For the drip irrigation tape and other matched product, according to the product, we will use plywood box or carton box or nude packing.

Ship:

We usually deliver the goods by ship, of course if your country is land-locked then we will choose the suitable transport way for you and confirm you can get the goods.

After the customer place an order we start to produce the machines or the plastic product what customers' requirements. During the process we will hold honest,strict and excellent craftsman spirit to produce the product. And our inspection department will check every process for the machine or other product.

For the after service, if customer requirements we will arrange the engineers to install machines in customers' factory. (Some of the machines are simple and customers could install machine by themselves). The customer should bear our engineers return flight tickets from our country to customer's country, and offer our engineer's food and restaurant and traffic tool in customer's country. And customer will pay salary to every engineer per day.

Our drip irrigation machine's warranty time is: one year.

For the matched product like metal Filter and matal Fertilizer warranty time is: one year.

1, Do you just make single layer drip irrigation machine?

We can make single layer and double layer for these two machines. And according to customers' requirements we can offer one extruder to make mark line on the drip irrigation tape for the Inner inlaid round drip irrigation tape machine and Inner inlaid flat drip irrigation tape machine.

2. Does your machine just use new material to produce drip irrigation tape?

To be honest we encourage our customers use new material to produce drip irrigation tape, of course if your recycle material is so clean and so better then you can use it. 

3. Do you arrange your engineers to install the machine for customers?

Yes, we can arrange our engineer to install the machine for you.

4.What is your payment? 

We would like to accept T/T before shipment, L/C at sight, of course we can negotiate for the payment to reach an agreement for the business.
