Polycore polypropylene (PP) honeycomb reportedly provides greater strength-to-weight ratio than traditional polyaramid or aluminum honeycombs. The cells of the PP honeycomb are essentially circular rather than hexagonal and are fused together rather than glued. The recyclable honeycomb can be thermoformed and cut to shape easily has energy-absorbing and sound- and vibration-damping properties, and is resistant to fungus, rot, chemicals and moisture. 

Light weight,  high compressive strength, anti-water, anti-humidity honeycomb can be used as a core structure in the transportation fields such as aerospace, aircraft, boat, yacht, van, marine, automotive,  truck, rail and material handling, In this application. honeycomb can lighten bare weight, boost velocity ,save fuel, whilst reinforce strength and dampen vibration.

FRP skin panel thickness can be 1mm,1.5mm,2mm and more,most popular in practice is 1.5mm FRP skin. On FRP skin ,there can treat gel coat with different color or laminate plywood or other material to cater to different application purpose.

At same time PP film enforce the bonding of PP honeycomb core and Polyester tissue so peeling strength of PP honeycomb sheet improved much more that provide guarantee for long life of finished products to avoid polyester tissue apart from honeycomb core after long time application in project.at same time since there is no more resin leakage into core so finished products is kept very light then save energy,improve speed and reduce resin consumption in lamination.
