The double wall corrugated pipe production line consists of two single screw extruders, molds, water jackets, forming modules, forming machines, winding machines, or cutting machines, each of which extrudes the inner and outer layers of the double wall corrugated pipe. The extruder adopts high-efficiency screws, and the mold is a double helix structure. The core bars of the mouth mold are all nitrided, and the forming mold is made of 45 # forged material. The entire equipment line adopts Siemens human-machine interface control system, with stable extrusion performance, high degree of automation, and simple operation.
