parts details
1:each heating head with one air blower,CT tube with heater inside, after high temperature, seam are tightly jointed together. 0 to 650 degrees, adjusted according to gsm or thickness of fabric.
2: each heating head is not fixed, can be moved to left or right side as required. the heating postion also be set up.
3: most of the electrical parts are imported or with domestic famous brand, making sure quality guaranteed.
4: the whole machine with remote control, can start or stop at once, in order to prevent waste once there are cased happened.
Function of machines
1: over lap welding, seam width 3 to 5cm
2: edge welding, seam width 3 to 4 cm.
3: several rolls are jointed together by high temperature sealing.
4: for edge welding, it equip with hemming tool, which will help to weld with rope insert if needed.
5: each heating is independent, can work together or use lonely.
6: the suitable materials can be PP PE PVC tarpaulin, canvas, tent, pe film, or other liminated fabrics.
