· Single screw extruder of PP/PS sheet extrusion machine is the main model in the market. For PP material, use non-venting single screw extruder.
· Independent R&D high efficiency single screw extruder, with good plasticizing of raw material and formula. Ensure the good toughness of plastic sheet.
· The capacity of CHAMPION single screw extruder can reach 1500kg/h.
· According to the sheet product, choose mirror surface roller, grinding roller or woven roller. High quality roller.
· The high-precision three roller calender forming system, equipped with SIEMENS servo control.
· Tolerance of temperature for roller is ±1ºC.
· The screen panel installed on the calender unit, operate the sheet machine by only one HMI.
· Winder: Single working station heavy roll winder, double working station manual winder, three working station manual winder, auto winder.
CONTROL SYSTEM
· PLC control.
· A key to accelerate: through the button in screen panel, speed up the line speed very easily.
· Electric cabinet: it completely uses high class and qualified accessories. Its vertical type of design structure is good for heat dissipation.
· Remote control and remote fault diagnosis, makes debugging easier and maintenance more convenient.

1. What is the guarantee of the machine?
The guarantee period of our machine is 12 months after the machine is installed well in buyer's factory.
2. How to express your requirements clearly?
Please tell your basic parameters of final sheet product, for example, width, thickness, capacity, detailed uses and material usage condition, to us.
3. If we want to make the color sheet and transparent sheet half by half, how many extruders we need?
It must be 2 extruders at least. And the extruder size must be same. The output capacity of each extruder should be same.
