Topsen one-component polyurethane sealant is a solvent-free one-component room-temperature curing sealant used to stop water infiltration through concrete cold joints (see definition below) and other construction joints. It is easy to apply and adheres to a variety of surfaces to create a durable impermeable waterproof seal around structures and details.
Due to its excellent water swelling properties, it can expand to more than 2 times its original size to protect fresh concrete during curing. This makes it an economical alternative to other sealants in the market.
