PUR UCH8518 is a kind of 100% solid content single-package reactive hot melting adhesive. It is an profile wrapping glue for PVC, TPU and Veener. Specially for Winter season.
Characteristics:
Stable viscosity, comparative high initial viscosity and final viscosity. Better peel strength, resistance to humidity, heat and chemical after solidify.

1,PUR UCH8518 package suits for all kinds of heating plates and heating container.
2,Recommend tank melting temperature:120-140ºC.
Instructions
1,Keep based materials surface clean and tidy, no dust and greasy dirt.
2,Need use dedicated cleaning agent for production equipment washing after use.
3,UCH8518 can't use with other brands of hot melting adhesive.
4,If you haven't use out at one time, please seal it strictly for next time use.
5,For perfect solidify, the finished product need to put condition with 23~25ºC temperature
and relative humidity around 65%.
Safety Matters:
1,Keep ventilation and forbid all open fire in the execution condition.
2,Please refer our product's MSDS or consult our develop department when you manage UCH8518
Storage:
Store it in the cool and dry condition, avoid directly sunshine. Keep storage temperature lower than 35ºC and far away from fire source and heat source.
