Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trader?
A: We are a manufacturer with our own laboratory and factory. We are located in Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, and you are welcome to visit our factory at any time.
Q: Do you offer free samples?
A: You only need to provide the address and freight, and we will send the free samples to your address.
Q: How soon can I receive the goods after payment?
A: If it is a small batch of products, we will send it to you by international express (DHL, FedEX, TNT,etc) or by air, which usually takes 3-5 days. We will ship large quantities of products to you, which usually takes a few weeks. The specific situation depends on the port. If you have special needs, you can also contact us.
Q:How do you packing ,storage and transportation?
A: We usually use paper plastic composite packing bags with a capacity of 20kg, or customized packing according to customer's requirements.
Products should be kept clean during transportation and handling, to prevent sun and rain, high temperature and high humidity, and to avoid damage to the package. It should be stored in a cool, dry, direct sunlight warehouse and the shelf life is one year, after the shelf life it can still be used if the performance inspection is qualified.
