PVC battery separator is made of high molecular PVC material by Austria production lines. With properties of excellent puncture resistance (800g), high melting point, the great performance of physical and chemical, it is used as the reliable separator for the start-stop lead acid storage battery and is mainly used as the battery separator of industry, car, motor, railway, and ups etc.
Mainly Rib Style on two sides of PVC slice is as follows:
1. straight rib + mini rib;
2. twill rib + mini rib;
3. smooth surface + mini rib;
We have 5 production lines with daily 150,000pcs each line and the annual is almost 2.3million pcs.
Slice thickness with rib is 0.7~3.2mm, base thickness is 0.3~0.5mm, the ribbed style can be customized according to customers' requirement. Packing: carton and pallet
