PVC Light Type Semi-enclosed Chemical Protective Suit
1. Application of the heavy duty chemical protetive suits:
The chemical protective suits is mainly used during emergency rescue work, emergency rescue work can be carried out in organic media such as gasoline, acetone, ethyl acetate and corrosive liquids such as fulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, and sodium hydroxide.

3.Componets of the heavy duty chemical suit
One-piece semi-enclosed structure, all the parts are closed except the face.
The gloves are connected with cloething by the removable clasp, which is easy to be changed.
The seams are closed by the seaking strip.
The clothing is one-piece, cap, jacket, pants, gloves, boots are connected together
4. Features of the heavy duty chemical protection suit
4.1 Acid and alkali-proof, flame retardant;
4.2 Acid resistance: Soaked in 80% H2SO4, 60% HNO3, 30%HCL for 1 hour, no penetration;
4.3 Alkali resistance: Soaked in 6.1mol/L. NAOH for 1 hour, no penetration;
4.4 Combustion resistance: Damaged length ≤10cm, Continued burning time ≤5S;
4.5 Time combustion of no-fire ≤10S, No drop phenomenon;
4.6 Sole electrical insulation: ≥5000V;
4.7 Sole puncture resistance: ≥900N;
4.8 Gasoline resistance: Soaked in 120# gasoline 30s, no crack, no sticky;
4.9 Heat aging properties: 125oC*2h, not sticky, not brittle ;
4.10 Low Temperature resistance: -15oC * 5min (can be 180 degree foled)
4.11 Layer peeling test and boot pierced resistance force ≥780N/M.
