It's retractable, fixed by welding according to the width of the rolling shutter.
10, End plate
Made of heavy duty steel, fixed on both sides of the shaft.
11, connecting slat
Made of galvanized steel slat, connected with the top beam slat and shaft.
12, Top beam slat
Made of aluminum, used for connecting the curtain and the connecting slat
13, End clip
Made of plastic, fixed on both sides of the stainless steel tube, to protect the curtain from lateral moving.

• What is the delivery time?

A: 20 days for the standard colors and 30 days for the customized. Also it depends on the specifications and quantity each order. Shipment time depends on the location of our customers.
 

• What is your payment items?

A: Normally we accept 30% for deposit by T/T and the balance would be arranged before delivery. If you have any other suggestion, please contact with us.
 

• Can we place one or two sets for trial?

A: Yes of course, this is the better way of quality check. Also if you don't required one whole set, we have small sample in stock as well, it is free of charge, you just need to handle with the freight. It is a good way to show the sincerity for both of us.
 

• How can I know the price exactly?

A: The price is based on your specific requirements, it is better to provide as much as possible information such as color, size, quantity, market location, sales patterns, all of these would be of help us to quote the exact price.
 

• Can I order components instead of the full set of door?

A: Yes, as a factory we welcome business clients purchasing components of the door, such as panels, hardware's, motors, etc., to maximize the advantage of our mutual parties.
