What is Rubber water stop?
Natural rubber and various synthetic rubbers are main raw materials of Rubber water stop, then made by adding various additives and fillers through plasticizing, mixing, pressing and vulcanizing. There are many varieties and specifications. Because the water-stopping material has good elasticity, abrasion resistance, aging resistance, tear resistance, strong adaptability to deformation, good water resistance and the temperature range is -45 ºC-+ 60 ºC . Therefore, it is mainly used for foundation projects that are integrated with concrete structures in the construction joints and deformation joints such as underground facilities, tunnel culverts, aqueducts, dams and liquid storage structures.
