The machine wrapped the box in one process. It adopts PLC programmable controller, photoelectric tracing system, touch-sensitive screen, achieving paper feeding, gluing, cardboard folding, spotting, automatic arm guiding, wrapping, and box coming out in one process. Feature:
1. Feeding system feed the paper wrap piece by piece automatically.
2. Equipped with heat exchanging Gluing system.
3. Heat Sealed device equipped achieves corner sticking for cardboard in one process.
4. Spotter system achieves exactly position for unwrapped box and glued wrap by servo motor and vacuum suction belt conveyor, with precision error 0.5mm.
5. Arm automatic guiding device between the conveyor belt and wrapper unit is controlled by computer.
6. Wrapper unit achieves box-feeding, side winding, roll-folding and rolling over.
7. It adopts PLC programmable controller, photoelectric tracing system and touch-sensitive screen. The wrapped box is finished in one process.
8. Automatic trouble diagnosing.
