The machine is required to be able to bear 500kg of work load per square meter, and can bear the weight of the machine and moderate vibration.The ground must be level or place a 3mm steel plate on the ground.
Before starting the machine for the first time, it must run at low speed for 10-30 minutes without load, and check for any abnormalities.
All refueling points must be added every 1 month of production.
The dust inside the machine should be cleaned up in time, and all screws and fasteners should be checked for looseness or displacement, and tightened.
Regularly check and tighten the screws of each terminal.
Regularly check the condition of all machinery and lubricating parts.
