DD refiner is widely used in the beating of straw pulp, waste paper pulp, hardwood pulp and softwood pulp. DD refiner is beautiful in appearance, reasonable in structure and just in support. The frequency conversion motor is combined with the two-stage worm gear and the worm pair to form an advance and retreat knife adjustment structure, which has an accurate transmission ratio and high transmission efficiency. The movable part of the movable seat has a small diameter, a large degree, and accurate positioning, ensuring the verticality and parallelism of the movable grinding disc. The inner cavity and the slurry contact parts are lined with stainless steel, and the other parts in the cavity contact with the slurry are made of stainless steel to ensure that the slurry channel is wear-resistant.
