The ZGS series of vertical high-concentration hydrapulpers are designed according to the principle of water conservancy vortex.
The rotor adopts a mechanism that combines double helix and flying force. When the rotor rotates, the high-concentration pulp makes a radial circulation movement, which promotes the hydration and desorption of wastewater. In the process of operation, waste paper is always in a high-concentration state and is deflated into fibers and separated, which has achieved the purpose of recycling. In addition,the blades of the rotor are oblique spirals. No small chips will be formed, creating favorable conditions for pulp screening. This structureis novel, reasonable, and high in pulp concentration. With the characteristics of energy saving, water saving, and small area, it is an ideal waste paper recycling equipment.
