The screen basket is an wearable parts need regular replacement.
The rotor of the pressure sieve has blades on its shaft, which are commonly known as rotors, and the gap between the rotors and the sieve drum can be adjusted. When the rotor rotates, the rotor blades move along the surface of the screen drum, the pressure difference near the head of the rotor blades increases, generating positive pressure, and when the positive pressure continues to increase, the good pulp passes through the screen drum. With the rotor tail and the gradual increase in the gap, there is a local negative pressure in this area, when the negative pressure generated so that the screen drum inside and outside the value of the absolute value of the pressure of the slurry is equal, the slurry stops passing through the screen.
When the negative pressure continues to increase, the screen drum outside the part of the good pulp through the screen drum to return to the screen drum, play the role of backwash adhering to the screen drum on the pulp and coarse fibres, so as to ensure that the pressure sieve work normal operation, the rear edge of the rotor wing, resulting in the largest negative pressure, the negative pressure after the rotor wing is gradually reduced, and rely on the pressure difference between the slurry and the other rotor wing to promote the start of the next cycle again.
Material of the Screen Basket
Wedge bar material is SUS316L and will no fiber string after mechanical polishing,while good machining ensures matching of wedge bar and reinforce ring and result in evenly screen cut.Proper wedge bar should be selected according to raw material,processing position and so on in order to develop good performance and achieve optimized screening effect.
