Paperboard Cylinder Rolling Machine for Transformer Insulating Material
Application:
Use for rolling for insulation paperboard drum which is the key
equipment for forming of the thick paperboard drum.
Introduction:
Insulation paperboard drum rolling machine is mainly composed of upper and lower rollers, chassis, drive and electrical control parts.
Machine Features:
1 Driven by 3 rollers, the upper roller can move up and down to prevent slipping, and have limit control.
2 The upper roller is driven by the speed reducer and coupling synchronously, and is connected with the lower roller through the gear box. The control panel is set for forward, reverse, point move, continuous rotation, decline, etc.
3 Plating process or covered by polyurethane for upper and lower roller.
4 Machine have paper supporting mechanism, convenient for winding for paperboard drum with large diameter, it is the initial design from us.
