Peanut Harvester besides having the functions of digging, fruit removal, cleaning,
collecting which peanut combine harvester should possess,
it has following advantages:
1. it can open its way by itself, which saves time and cost of opening ways by man.
2. no need outside power to haul or transportation, convenient and swift transfer,
which saves troubles of loading vehicle and cost of transporting vehicles.
3. when harvesting, vehicles walks in the ridge furrow, do not press the ridge surface,
which facilitate recycling of fallen fruits and reproduction.
4. simple structure, low cost of using, convenient repair and maintenance.
1.When the harvester moves forward, the digger blades get into the ground and dig the peanut along with lifting the grain by the grain lifter.
2.The peanut plants are gripped and conveyed up and behind by gripping chain.
3.The root of peanut plant enters the picker. The peanuts are picked by two counter rotating rollers with long scraper.
4.The peanut straws are conveyed continually and laid neatly on the harvested ground by the plant dump chain.
5.The peanuts are separated with the soil and wastes by blower and vibrating screen. Then they are conveyed to storage hopper by traversing conveyor, lifter and screw conveyor. Then we get peanuts from the hopper.
