The programmable control system, touch screen operation, stepless frequency conversion debugging and pneumatic joint control adopted by the whole machine.
The equipment adopts a double-headed bag-puffing method, which has obvious improvement over the old-fashioned semi-automatic capsule filling machine in terms of bag plucking speed, mold replacement, filling degree, and maintenance. The equipment becomes more rapid, convenient, simple and stable. In terms of bladder lock, we adopt pneumatic control and automated bladder lock method to save labor time.In terms of man-machine equipment, our company has installed a safety door device at the dialing station. When the safety door is open, the equipment is at a standstill and cannot run. In the powder filling station, a visual window is added to observe the powder loading level. A blocking board is installed above the lock bag station to avoid accidents when the lock bag is turned over. A capsule tray placement rack is added on the right side of the device for easy application. The fuselage and worktop are made of stainless steel to prevent corrosion and oxidation.
The equipment can be filled with different types of capsules, and is used for filling hard capsules of medicines and health care products such as powder, granules and pellets.
