Permanent High Intensity Magnetic Plate
Magnetic plate is mainly used for gravel, grain, sugar, flour, wood, mineral or other granular or lump material in the transmission
process, removing nails, nuts, wire and other iron impurity. Magnetic plate are generally installed in the feed chute above, when
the material from the magnetic plate flow below which containing iron solid because of strong magnetic field will be sucked up has
been fixed on the magnetic plate, thus ensuring the downstream processing equipment and product safety and quality.
Magnetic Plate optional features:
1.Optional surface treatment: mirror polishing, wire drawing polishing, sandblasting;
2.Optional shell material: SS304, SS316;
3.Optional magnetic intensity: 1500Gs, 4000Gs, 8000Gs, 10000Gs;
4.Optional working temperature: <80 ºC, 100 ºC, 120 ºC, 150 ºC, 180 ºC, 200 ºC, 250 ºC, 300 ºC;
5.Optional dimension & accessories: hinges, handles, or other special requirements such as threaded holes can be customized.
