High Temperature Resistant Masking film with PET Masking Tape for Automotive Paint Jobs
The product is composed of PET tape and PE film.
Application:
Mainly applied on masking for different automotive painting purposes like car body, bumper and car parts etc.
Features:
Heat-resistance up to 180ºC.
PET tape is able to create long straight and extra sharp paint lines.
Can be folded into small size.
High temsile strength provide an ideal usage for two tone painting on car bodies at the automotive OEM or on bumpers at OES.
Can be quickly unfolded for fast covering.
Save human labor and shorten the preparing time for painting.
Electrostatic adsorption, which makes the masking easier and faster.
Easy demasking without the tape tearing.
No glue residue or any marks left after removal.
Standard Dimensions:
The width under 3m can be customized according to customer requirements.

About us
The Company started by converting masking tapes since 17 years ago. After years of development, JILE has been integrating a complete set of production processes such as film blowing, tape converting, pre-taped masking film roll processing, cork lamination and packaging etc. By 2023, JILE has more than thirty purpose-built production lines with over seventy employees.
JILE devotes itself to developing and manufacturing stable high temperature resistant masking products and devising innovative solutions for automotive painting industry, especially for the masking needs from two tone car painting.
So far, we have developed and manufactured the 180ºC high temperature resistant masking film successfully. This high temp film has been recognized by many customers and widely used in many OEMs including Volkswagen, Nissan, Toyota, Geely, DPCA, BEIJING HYUNDAI, BYD, Great Wall, Leap Motor, Baic Group etc.
