APPLICATION
The Semi-automatic Capsule Filling Machine has independent empty capsule feeding station, powder feeding station and capsule closing station. The medium process needs to be processed by hand. The machine adopts variable speed control, the operation is very easy and simple, and the powder material feed correctly. The machine body and working table adopt S.S. material; meet the sanitary requirement of pharmacy.
It's suitable for filling powder and granular material in pharmacy and health food industry.
1. Capsule filling machine semi automatic size 000 is equipped with capsule sowing protection device and emergency stop device to ensure the safety of the operator.
2. The full automatic structure is adopted to improve the efficiency of equipment and the friction caused by the artificial sowing process.
3. The mold chamfering position is accurate, ensure the sowing capsule is not lock of grain.

The position of the lock pocket is put in a flat way, which is locked by using the cylinder starting principle, which greatly reduces labor intensity, saves manpower resources, and reduces the leakage of the powder in the process of locking, improving the utilization efficiency and quality of the raw materials.
