Pipe Expanding MachineThis pipe end expander adopts special mould outward expanding technology to stretch material flowing along the pipe wall. The mould expanding is controlled strictly to desired shape.
This machine is a special equipment for the spiral submerged arc welded pipe production line. It is used to expand the diameter of the pipe end of the spiral submerged arc welded pipe produced, so that the diameter and roundness of the pipe end within a certain length can reach the allowable range.This machine is mainly used in spiral seam submerged arc welded pipe manufacturers.
The machine consists of a host, an auxiliary device, hydraulic, lubrication and electrical systems.
The machine adopts a unique module expansion technology to make the base material stretch along the pipe wall to generate flow. The size of the mold expansion can be strictly controlled to obtain the size, and the accuracy of the roundness of the pipe end is improved. This process is called Expand the diameter.
The expander is equipped with an independent hydraulic station. The main pump of the station fulfills fast moving, expanding, pressure retainment and unloading of expanding cylinder. Supporting cylinder aligns mould and expanding head lifting.
The power supply for the expander is three-phase and four-wire, AC380V, 50HZ. All input signal circuits are DC24V. Output signal and relay control signal are DC24V and AC110V.
