Pipe fit up welding workstation is a specialized equipment designed for pipe welding operations.
ThePipe & Flange Fitting up machine can realize butt spot welding for pipe to flange, pipe to elbow, pipe to tee (transition pipe) and pipe to other fittings. In working, put the pipe on the manual lifting hydraulic support, and then put the fittings on multifunction platform which can adjust the position of fittings toward up/down or right/left directions to control the gaps between the pipe and fitting. The gaps are controlled by different baffle plates that can content different gap requirements, and guaranteed gap precision.
