Pipe fitting up station 24-60" includes two units of roller supporter for locating the pipe, one unit of headstock for locating flange, and one unit of fitting platform for locating the elbow, tee and reducer. The roller supporter can move on rail by manual.
The headstock can move forward and back forward on rail, up and down by manual or motor.
The fitting platform can move forward and back forward on rail, up and down, and left and right by manual too. Reducer will be considered for heavy duty application which will make the pipe to fitting fit-up much easier.

1) Fast and multifunction fit-up fixture to content the fit-up requirement between the fitting and pipe;
2) The fixture uses mechanical transmission to adjust the position of fittings toward up/down or right/left to make operators fit up easily;
3) The gaps of fit-up are realized by baffle plates. Trough choosing different sizes of battle plates, it can meet different requirements of gaps to guaranteed the gap precision;
4) The fit-up system also can be used in manual root welding.
