FEATURES

• This furnace has a double water cooling system and has fully sealed convection capability. The material surfaces of items processed have no scale after being treated, with little decarburizing, the spheroidizing rate is high and ensures quality.
• This new design stresses high quality and economical costs. It is the best and most economical furnace for the fastener wire industry.
• The furnace cover uses fiber for creating heat resistance layers, making them lighter and stronger.
• Exterior construction - The furnace wall uses special ceramic fibers that are very strong and can withstand high pressures and temperatures. The bottom of the furnace is constructed of multi-layers of heat insulating fibers and fire-resistant bricks.
• The inner cover and convection cover is made of a special light structure with long life characteristics using specially designed convection heating.
• Super convection impellers create a strong flow of heated gases and ensure a quick and uniform temperature rise. This saves a considerable amount of time and energy. It also creates a uniform temperature within the furnace after 1 hour of operation with a variance of ±5ºC.
• The cooling system quickly achieves low temperatures for cooling which saves time and improves production efficiencies.
