Plastic Bag Making and Cut Machine (RFQ-900)

Hot sealer and cut machine auto hot seal and cut, suitable for package textile, clothing, food and stationery. For example: Sock bag, t-shirt bag, stationery bag, etc.

This machine is suitable for making high-low pressure bag (supermarket handbags), handbag (for clothes and shoes), disposable medical packing bags and bags for sanitary napkins. ( when producing spot cutting-off garbage bags, it can be equipped with rolling machine and spot cutting machine and spot cutting-off knife dual-purpose device).

Performance and characteristics:
1. The whole machine adopts micrcomputer control and material-pulling by stepping motor (servo motor control system can be selected and equipped)
2. Arbitrary fixed-length, accurate and the machine will stops. When the label is lost tracking by photoelectric switch automatically.
3. Automatic counting and set table counting alarm.
4. Automatic constant temperature makes the sealing of bag opening firm and smooth.
5. Non-printing material can make bags in double lines by 4 rolls feeding, making 4 bags in one time.
