16-75mm PVC pipe extrusion line include KBL65/132 conical twin-screw extruder, mould, vacuum forming tank, haul off and cutting machine, stacker. Material is PVC, best production range is Φ 16-Φ 75mm. It adopts ABB inverter, RKC/Omron temperature controller. It has the advantage of high capacity, simple operation, high degree automation, automatic fault alarm and simple maintenance, long working time.
