Thermal Lamination Film Roll is used on roll laminator machines for the post-press lamination work, which comes out of different printing ways such as offset printing, screen printing, or digital printing. It mainly sees a glossy or matte finish, taking base material of transparent plastic film of BOPP PET, or PP, composited with a coating layer of EVA.
We need a laminator machine to laminate the plastic film onto the printed paper at a certain temperature, speed, and pressure.

Size and thickness are the two important factors when choosing plastic laminating rolls, we need to know what maximum laminate width the machine is so as to determine the compatible roll width under the machine's instructions how to handle with. Another key factor matter with how to choose a roll is the paper core. We will need to know what size core is compatible with the laminator. Mostly there are 1 inch, 2.25 inch, or 3 inch cores.
