[Application scope]
Plug-in spiral drill pipe is mainly used in dry rotary drilling process. The construction coal seam has low strength, high gas content, fast desorption speed, poor permeability, hardness coefficient f <0.5, and difficult to form holes. It is also widely used in geotechnical engineering such as hydropower and railway. The large-diameter quick-insert sealed spiral drill rod can be used for the screen hole completion process. It is not suitable for soft coal seams with dynamic tendency, coal (rock) seams with nodules and gangues, coal seams with more small structures, water-bearing coal seams or extremely hard coal seams.
[Technical features]
1. The core rod of the drill rod is welded by the phase friction welding process, and the overall mechanical properties of the drill rod are good;
2. The spiral fin of the drill pipe is continuous and the powder discharging effect is good;
3. The drill rod can realize positive and reverse rotation, which is convenient for handling accidents in the hole;
4. Drill pipe joints have been treated to improve fatigue life;
5. The spiral fin of the drill pipe is higher, which can reduce the strength of the drilling hole;
6. No rinsing medium is needed during the drilling process, which reduces the auxiliary work of configuration and delivery of rinsing fluid;
7. The quick-insert sealed spiral drill pipe has a sealed structure, which can meet the drilling needs of water, wind and other media circulation.
