Manufacturing Processes

Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the dyed plush matte thick fold over elastic.

Winding the nylon yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the plush matte thick fold over elastic.

Weaving the greige of the nylon spandex plush back fold over elastic with weft and warp nylon yarns in dyeable raw white color.

Dyeing the raw white greige of plush fold over elastic by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process.
