This equipment is mainly used for manual casting of tin strip. The molten tin liquid is poured into the tin strip mould by melting tin furnace. The tin liquid of the tin strip mould is taken out after cooling and curing. Pneumatic tin bar machine is simple to operate, maintenance side.
The machine is composed of frame, mold, mold drawing device, the tin bar machine is an improved product, the cooling method has been improved, the mold water tank integrated structure, the use of circulating water cooling in the mold, so that the mold cooling speed is fast, uniform cooling, so that you can improve production efficiency and improve the surface quality of the tin bar.
Use a special casting tool (tin pot) to pour the melted tin into the mold, wait for the tin water to be cured in the mold and cooled fully, and then take the solidified tin strip out of the mold.
