Combing centrifugal atomizing machine from YOKOHAMA, Japan, we designed this Solder powder production line. which have the advantages of both domestic and international similar technologies. Solder powder production line are mainly composed of the following equipments:
Electromagnetic furnace, PLC Centrifugal atomizer, Vacuum absorbing system, Ultrasonic vibrating screen system and Vacuum packing system.
This centrifugal metal powder Atomizer applies for the production of high-precision tin-based solder powder. Can produce low oxygen content & high roundness T2-T6 powder according to market requirements. This equipment is with fully sealed design, putting an end to any powder leak and ensuring dust-free environment. It has the advantages of continuous production, simple and convenient operation and production efficiency increasing.
This equipment can produce different type , i.e Sn-Ag-Cu powder, Sn-Pb powder, Sn-Bi-Ag powder with the production capacity of 80±10kg/hr , powder atomizing amount of 2.0 tons or above /24hr. among which powder of- 45 + 20 microns condensation rate up to 60-80%, yield can be up to 40-50%, and final powder quality conforms to the Japanese J - SDT - 006 standard.
