*PET Flat Yarn Braided Sleeving:
Flat yarn braided sleeving is woven with PET or nylon flat yarn.It is more prominent in terms of wear resistance and thermal insulation than a round yarn braided sleeving.It is generally used for the protection of mechanically equipped pipelines and wire harnesses in harsh environments,and because of its smoothness and soft hand feel,it has been widely used for the protection of vacuum cleaner hoses in recent years.

*Suzhou City Wuzhong District Luzhi Mingxin Electronics Factory,established in 2006,is a professional private factory specializing in the development, manufacture and sale of PET braided sleeving, nylon flame retardant braided sleeving,Nomex,PEEK and Kevlar braided sleeving.Our factory has passed ISO9001 and ISO14001 certifications.
Since its establishment, the company has been using industrial grade 1.0 viscosity environmentally friendly PET and BASF A34-01 Nylon to ensure the quality of the products. Our own wire extruder can not only meet customer's special product needs but also provide monofilament to other sleeving manufacturers.
In the second year of our foundation,we began offering sleevings to Amphenol.From initial sample development,performance test,quality inspection,we have accumulated experience of cooperation with multinational companies.Based on experience gained through cooperation with Amphenol,we have entered the supplier list of Siemens and Corning.
Our company has 255 sets of various equipments such as wire extruder,wire divider,twill weaver,flat loom, truck noise reduction product weaver, sealing machine,baling machine,cutting machine,etc.,has measuring projector,aging box,and tensile testing machines ensure the quality of our products.
At the request of the braided sleeving customer, our company purchased the cable connector processer Japan Citizen CNC walking machines.The machines are most suitable for processing a variety of high-precision, multi-batch, complex-shaped connectors and shaft products for aerospace, military facilities,automotive,communications,refrigeration,optics, electronics...
Our products comply with UL standards,with VW-1 and 94-V0,and have functions as low ignition point,good wear resistance and heat insulation,fire retardancy, radiation protection.The products have obtained SGS certification and meet environmental protection standards;some products have passed the certification of German DIN5510 and have been exported to Japan,Europe and America.Widely used in military,communications,automotive,aircraft wiring,audio lines,automotive wiring harness and other industries.
