DF103 defoamer is qualified for long inhibiting foam performance in polyether fermentation defoamer field.DF103 has high security superiority to microbial strain through specific polymerization technics, Meanwhile, It has the benefit of saving the usage amount .DF103 defoamer is used in the process of microbe fermentation of glumatic acid, citric acid, lysine, leucine, arg arginene, dicarboxylic acid, terramycin, aureomycin, neomycin, avermectin, colomycin, spinosyn, vitamin c, vitamin B2, Coenzyme Q10,erythritol,yeast and so on
The product is mainly applied to glutamic acid, citric acid, lysine, leucine, arginine, diacid, oxytetracycline, aureomycin, neomycin, abamectin, mucilictin, bactericide, vitamin C, vitamin B2, enzyme Q10, erythritol, yeast and other microbial fermentation in the process of foaming.
It can be disinfected together with the base material,and can also be used in the later stage to separate and fill the material into the tank. Generally, the amount of 0.2-0.3‰ can meet defoaming requirements during the whole fermentation cycle.
This product is packed in 200KG plastic barrel or coated with steel barrel. Storage of the product should be in accordance with the standards of non-hazardous chemicals. The product is valid for two years if stored at room temperature indoors.
