This slitter machine is specially designed for slitting copolymer coated steel tape (ZETABON) and copolymer coated aluminum tape. Maximum speed is 150m/minute.
1. Unwinding, tracting, slitting and winding are driven independently by ac motor, speed can reach 150m/minute.
2. Unwinding and tracting motor can generate electricity and reduce the whole machine power consumption.
3. EPC is equipped on unwinding station, the slitter can used as rewinder for jumbo roll if necessary.
4. Tracting rollers are gradually expanding according to precise calculation, to eliminate the kerf taper and avoid overlaping in winding.
5. Winding station is front-back moveable driven by pneumatic cylinders, to ensure consistant proper pressure on the winding coils surface.
6. Whole machine is controled by PLC. Machine running status is displayed on HMI screen. Automatic stop according to set winding length request.

1. Do you provide installation and commissioning service after delivery?
Yes, if in field installation and commissioning requested, we can send well trained staff to the buyers' place. The buyer should pay the round way tickets and accomodation costs.
2. How do you do aftersale service?
Firstly we need the users to report the detailed situation of the machine performance by video call or email. If only software / program problem, we can solve the issue by remote computer assistance. If any hardwares need to be replaced, we will send the replacement. Freight should be paid from the user side.
3. Do you accept customized order?
Yes, almost all these kinds of machines are made according to the buyer's request. Firstly we need to study customer's request details, and then make the offer accordingly.
4. How to select the EPC sensor options?
Normally non-transparent tape suits to using photoelectric sensor, transparent tape uses untrasonic sensor. Sure we can provide both. The cost is not much.
5. How to select tension control options?
For adhesive tapes, it's better to use tapering type tension control. Automatic tension sensor is good for unwinding smooth low tolerance tape materials.
6. Can we see some existing machines before confirm the order?
