DURAFIDE 1140A6 is a polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) grade reinforced with 40 % glass fiber. Possesses high strength, good thermal stability and high degree of whiteness that enables coloring. Exhibits high elongation, weld strength & rigidity, good heat-, grease-, hot water-, chemical and flame resistance.
DURAFIDE 1140A64 is a low flash polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) grade reinforced with 40 % glass fiber. Possesses good thermal stability and high degree of whiteness that enables coloring. Exhibits high elongation, weld strength & rigidity, good heat-, grease-, hot water-, chemical and flame resistance.
DURAFIDE 1140A66 is the standard low chlorine grade with glass fiber content of 40%. Its defining feature is a chlorine concentration of less than 900 ppm in the product but the grade also exhibits more than sufficient mechanical properties.
DURAFIDE 1140A7 is a high flow, low flash polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) grade reinforced with 40 % glass fiber. Possesses good thermal stability and high degree of whiteness that enables coloring. Exhibits high elongation, weld strength & rigidity, good heat-, grease-, hot water-, chemical and flame resistance.
Overview:
DURAFIDE PPS keeps its superior mechanical strength, heat resistance, chemical resistance and fireproof properties. Moreover, it boasts excellent toughness compared to traditional PPS because of its superior ability to withstand stretching and impacts.
