DESCRIPTION
Comensflex Primer is reactive black liquid which can cure on exposure to moisture, to promote and accelerate the adhesion of polyurethane sealant on painted bodyshell and to protect the sealant from UV light on the other hand.

APPLICATION
Comensflex Primer is applied on painted surface to enhance the adhesion of PU sealant to different substrates.

PROCESS
Surface cleaning:
Use isopropyl alcohol (95%) or Comensflex Activator to clean the substrates to ensure there is no oil, grease, dust or other contaminations.
Applying primer:
Shake the primer container for more than 1 minute to achieve homogeneity. Apply a uniform and thin layer coating of primer using soft absorbing materials such as cotton and allow to dry for about 1-2 minutes (depending on the surrounding temperature and moisture).
PACKAGING
100ml, 250ml, 500ml in aluminum bottle.
STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
Avoid contacting with water and moisture;
Keep far away from fire and ignition;
Recommend to store at 0~ 25C and humidity 50%RH;
Shelf life: 6 months if kept in unopened original container.
