Description:
Surtek 3358 is a one component, moisture-curable solvent free polyurethane adhesive sealant for windscreen/windshield fixing and replacement. It is non-sag, of high bonding strength. And it has good vibration and weather resistance. The product is manufactured under ISO9001/ISO14001/TS16949.

Uses:
Surtek 3358 is applied for bonding and sealing of windshields, side window glass for various kinds of vehicles in the automotive aftermarket.

Application Note:
Clean surface to make it clean, dry, free of oil or grease.
Apply the Comensflex Activator and Comensflex Primer on the surface if needed.
The sealant cures with the moisture in the air. The lower the temperature is, and the lower the humidity is, the slower the curing rate is.
The suggested work temperature is 5-35° C, the best work temperature is 15-25° C.
Property of the Sealant Layer:
The product cures with the moisture in the air, which forms a high strength elastic structural sealant layer.
The sealant layer is resistant to water, weak acid, neutral cleaner which do not contain chlor-alkali. It can shortly resistant to fuel, oil, fat, and crude oil. But it should be avoided strong acid, lye, bleach and other organic solvent.
The sealant layer can be trimmed before curing. But after curing, it can only be removed by cutters.

When stored at the recommended conditions in original, unopened containers, this product has a shelf life of 9 months.
The recommended storage temperature is 5-25°C, humidity is <50% RH. It is strictly prohibited that the transportation or storage temperature is over 30°C or the humidity is over 80% RH. And high-temperature container transportation is prohibited as well.
