Application:
It is mainly used for proucing kinds of medical tape which are coating zinc oxde hot melt pressure sensitive adheive on silicon paper/glassine paper/ginning membrance, then laminate with cartoon PE/spun-laced non-woven fabric/cotton. Or coat adhesive on kinds of substrate directly.
Main characteristic
1. An Ac converter control is used for both speed and quantity of glue feeding for which both automatic synchronous tracking and manual control are available.
2. Intellogent PID temperature controlling system, the tolerance is within 1 degree.
3. The glue melting oven is coated with the antisticking layer, efficacious prevent the hot melt adhesive against carbonization.
4. High precision alloy steel coating die and high exactitude gear pump ensures high quality coating result.
