The Micro-Needle Fractional RF System is the ideal technology for skin lifting, tightening and rejuvenation by utilising minimally invasive micro-needles to deliver controlled RF energy directly into various depths of the skin.It has had outstanding success for all skin types with very low risk of side effects and PIH - a key difference when compared to optical based treatments (IPL & Laser).

How long does a microneedle RF treatment take?
The topical anesthetic cream requires 40-60 minutes to take effect prior to treatment, and then the treatment takes 30 minutes, including aftercare. So, each session requires approximately 1 hour.
How does the treatment feel?
Especially with the correct application of a good topical anesthetic, the treatment is highly tolerable. Most people rate the pain as a 2 or 3 out of a scale of 1 to 10.
How long is recovery after SECRET RF treatment?
You may experience transient pinkness on the treated areas for 3-4 hours initially. At Ageless MD we use a Cryozet cooling device to cool down the skin so after the treatment there is minimal redness or pinkness. The downtime involved with microneedle RF treatments are significantly reduced due to it targeting the deeper layers of the skin. For optimum recovering and to minimize downtime even further you can request to add PRP or Platelet Rich Plasma to apply post treatment and to take home (this is an additional fee). Overall, 1-2 days would be more than sufficient for recovery, which is light-years better than traditional resurfacing laser treatments that accomplish the same results, such as CO2 laser, or even traditional microneedling.
What is the recommended treatment regimen?
The typical interval between sessions is once every 3-4 weeks. Most patients see excellent results following 2-4 treatments. This may vary according to your skin condition and a proper consultation will give you a better idea on how many treatments you will need.
