What is Potassium sorbate?
Potassium sorbate is mainly used as a food preservative, with strong inhibitory effects on spoilage bacteria and molds. It is also easily soluble in water and has been widely used. Potassium sorbate can effectively inhibit the activity of mold, yeast, and aerobic bacteria, as well as prevent the growth and reproduction of harmful microorganisms, Staphylococcus aureus, and Salmonella, thereby effectively extending the shelf life of food and maintaining its original flavor.Items | Standard Specifications |
